At M2Vault, we take pride in ensuring every order is authentic, securely packaged, and accurately described. Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, specific return and refund rules apply.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

TCG Products — All Sales Final

All Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sealed booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

  • Collection boxes, tins, and bundles

  • Graded cards (slabs)

  • Singles and raw cards

  • Any other Pokémon or TCG-related product sold by M2Vault

This policy applies regardless of condition (new, sealed, or opened), as collectible values can fluctuate rapidly once a product leaves our control.

Acrylic Display Cases — Returns Accepted Under Conditions

Acrylic display cases may be returned for a full refund of the product price under the following conditions:

  • The acrylic must be unused, unaltered, and free of any damage

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

Once the acrylic item is received and inspected by M2Vault:

  • If the item is confirmed to be undamaged, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • If damage is found, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at

We may request photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping documentation to assist with carrier claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, including the waiver of any right to a return, refund, or exchange for TCG products.
