Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
International Shipping

International orders may take 7–21 business days or more to arrive depending on customs processing in your country.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

M2Vault is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@them2vault.com with photos and details so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Pre-Orders

If your order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped only when all items in the order are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
