Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume release periods, pre-orders, or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

International Shipping

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days or more to arrive depending on customs processing in your country.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • M2Vault is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@them2vault.com with photos and details so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Pre-Orders

  • If your order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped only when all items in the order are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
