Processing Time

  • Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time may vary depending on order size.

  • Large orders may require additional handling time to ensure every acrylic case is packed securely.

  • A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch. 

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • M2Vault is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@them2vault.com with photos and details so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Pre-Orders

  • If your order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped only when all items in the order are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
